The One is a saloon name, at Toa Payoh. Jeff Lim, the Professional hairstylist served me. I did my hair treatment there, it's a very cozy place. Alot of people keep coming in, we waited for quite awhile but it's a good service though. Worth waiting. They've got a room just for washing your hair (Privacy) HAHA. I like!
I spent a total of $40 ONLY! It's a reasonable price! They've got Kpop's magazines, and they specially on a Mini TV infront of you. Free water too! Good service right!
