At first, I don't know what the hell is Shisha. I know it's something like smoking. And yes, I break my virgin of smoking. I promised myself, this is gonna be my first and last try. I did a little research on google after trying it. All I wanna say is, I apologize to all my lovely friends and boyfr <3 T_T I won't do it anymore!

But, I'll share with you all - my experience.

We ordered the Strawberry flavoured.

It is known as a waterpipe, smoking flavoured.

"The tobacco used for shisha smoking is often flavoured which masks its danger and increases the appeal of shisha smoking to youth and young adults."

What can shisha do to us?

a. Cancer Threat
The charcoal used to heat tobacco in the hookah increases the health risks by producing high levels of carbon monoxide, metals, and cancer-causing chemicals. Even after it has passed through water, the smoke produced by a hookah contains high levels of toxic compounds, including carbon monoxide, heavy metals, and cancer-causing chemicals. Hookah tobacco and smoke contain numerous toxic substances known to cause lung, bladder, and oral cancers.

Irritation to the mouth from exposure to tobacco juices increases the risk of developing oral cancers. The irritation by tobacco juice products is likely to be greater among hookah smokers than among pipe or cigar smokers because hookah smoking is typically practiced (with or without inhalation) more often and for longer periods of time.

b. Heart disease
Hookah tobacco and smoke contain numerous toxic substances known to cause clogged arteries and heart disease.

c. Flu
Sharing of smoking pipes increases risk of tuberculosis and flu.

d. Second-hand smoke
Second-hand smoke from hookahs poses a serious risk for non-smokers, particularly because it contains smoke not only from the tobacco but also from the heat source (e.g., charcoal)

Le me tried Shisha, alittle bit of strawberry taste and tobacco? Not much.

Sucked in from the pipe, breathe out normally. It's nothing actually, not addictive for me.

I'm not those kind of girls who -everyday goes to- drink, club, party.

Ordered some food for supper,

Ice cream and french fries.

Altho the cup is abit too small hahaha!

This scenery, makes me feel like I'm in Brunei.

Alil bit similar to Gadong, otw to the Mall. Hahaha!

Had dinner at Astons before that. First time going to Cathay's mall, I think. Hahaha! Or maybe short term memory, long time never go. The best (Y) western restaurant!
